The Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover has taken a bold stance by introducing new models on a consistent basis. Land Rover would be introducing the new Range Rover Velar Sports Utility Vehicle with superior performance factors and off-road capabilities.

The sports utility performance would be enhanced with the all-wheel drive with intelligent drive-line dynamics, all-terrain progress control features and electronic suspension system.

The Range Rover Velar Engine,Transmission and Mileage:

The Range Rover Velar specifications will be available in a D180 version of a 2.0 L 4-cylinder diesel engine with power of 180 PS and torque of 430 Nm and a D240 version of the same engine delivering power of 240 PS and torque of 500 Nm. The Range Rover Velar petrol version will have a 2.0 L 4-cylinder engine with power of 250 PS power and torque of 350 Nm. The Velar transmission system will feature 8-speed automatic transmission with gearshift pattern adaptable to the driving conditions.

The Range Rover Velar mileage is expected to range at 5.4 kmpl and 5.8 kmpl in the D180 and D240 diesel engine versions, respectively. The Velar petrol version P250 will be able to deliver a mileage of 7.6 kmpl in standard driving conditions.

The Range Rover Velar Interior:

The Range Rover Velar interiors will have eight-way manually-adjustable front seats with luxtec and suede cloth upholstery, and a two-piece sliding front center armrest. The rear seat split foldable in a 40:20:40 ratio will come with a headrest for the middle seat. The instrument panel will have a 5” display screen with multi-information display function. The comfort and convenience features on offer would include automatic air conditioning with two-zone climate control, and the Land Rover 250 W sound system with 8 speakers will deliver excellent quality of entertainment on the go.

The Range Rover Velar Exterior:

The Range Rover Velar exteriors will have Matrix Laser LED headlights in the top variants with signature daytime running lights and the Range Rover signature, giving a bold and dynamic image to the front. The side profile will have exclusive banging on the B-Pillar and a black contrast roof with sliding panoramic sunroof. The alloy wheels of R18 size with 15 spokes, heated ORVMs and the new flush deploy-able door handles will be introduced in this model. The rear profile will have a tailgate slotted spoiler, LED rear lights, acoustic laminated windscreen and rain-sensing wipers, and solid paint options would be available for this model.
