Mahindra has confirmed that
in about six month’s time, the KUV100
NXT will also be available with an AMT
(automated manual transmission).
The same will be coupled with diesel and petrol engines. Moreover, the company
is also working towards an electric variant
of the hatchback. The emission-free version of electric variant is expected to
launch in 2019.

The Mahindra KUV100 NXT was recently launched at price of Rs 4.39 Lake (ex-showroom). It is the
mid-cycle update/face-lift model of the KUV100, which was launched in January
2016. Its quirky exterior has been toned down, and it now comes with additional
features and the same set of engines with five variants – K2, K2+, K4+, K6+, K8
.
With a price range of KUV100NXT Rs 4.39 - Rs 7.33 Lake (ex-showroom), the Mahindra KUV100 NXT
largely competes with the Maruti IGNIS
along with other B-segment hatchbacks such as the Maruti Swift and the Hyundai
Grand i10.

The front fascia is all-new,
equipped with chrome braces, air intakes and fog lamps. Headlamps of the KUV100
face-lift have also been revised and are stretched till the end of the LED
daytime running lights. The faux skid plates on front and rear bumpers
accentuate the sporty character. At the side, the micro SUV gets 15-inch
diamond cut alloy wheel, while the roof rails atop reinforce the sporty look.
Rear will also come with a new tailgate spoiler. Colour options on the carline
include 6 single tone and three dual-tone options.
